Sitkans Against Family Violence is super excited to announce a very special spring event! This year's Sitka Rose Awards, evolving from the Honoring Women Celebration hosted by SAFV since 1998, expands to include people of all ages and backgrounds. Nine individuals will be honored from high school age and up. Honorees will be recognized for their extraordinary commitment to SAFV's core values of safety, respect, and community, with three awards per age category.

There's more! Our amazing Mel Beadle will be hosting a variety show, featuring the talents of women and LGBTQ2+ performers. This is a special opportunity to perform and share the stage with other women and queer artists here in Sitka.
