VISION

Sitka is an equitable community where we hold each other up to reach our individual and collective full potential

The Pathways to a Safer Sitka Coalition is a diverse cross-sector group of individuals, agencies, and governmental entities committed to working together to solve complex social issues.  We use a modified Collective Impact framework to coordinate efforts, align objectives, and work toward a common goal.  Since 2008, Pathways has supported partners to develop comprehensive programs and initiatives that build individual and community protective factors and support resilience. We are dedicated to building equitable, accessible, and culturally-responsive services and systems to ensure individuals feel connected, cared for, and are contributing back to their community.
